DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBSIDIARY C.P.C. SA AND PERTAINING DECISIONS
The Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza SpA, convened today and chaired by Agostino Gavazzi, announces that the subsidiary Brianfid Lux SA and the Swiss financial Group “Heliting” rescinded by mutual consent the contract entered into on
4 April for the disposal of 100% of the Swiss subsidiary Credito Privato Commerciale SA. No major economic impact was expected from this disposal at a consolidated level.
The Board confirmed its decision not to continue the presence and operations of the Group on the Swiss market and to consider as soon as possible solutions other than the already planned operation.
