Banco di Desio e della Brianza SpA" Process for regulatory simplification adopted with Consob Resolution no. 18079 of 20 January 2012

Pursuant to Article 3 of Consob Resolution no. 18079 of 20 January 2012, Banco Desio e della Brianza SpA decided to comply with the opt-out system set forth in Articles 70, paragraph 8 and 71, paragraph 1-bis, of Consob Resolution no. 11971/99, by making use of the right to depart from the obligation to publish information documents required by Annexe 3B of the Consob Regulation above on the occasion of significant mergers, demergers, capital increase by non-cash contributions, acquisitions and sales.
