Agreement for the transfer of the entire share capital of the subsidiary Credito Privato Commerciale S.A. by Brianfid-Lux S.A.

Banco di Desio e della Brianza SpA announces that the subsidiary Brianfid-Lux S.A. signed today the agreement for the transfer of the entire share capital of Credito Privato Commerciale SA of Lugano to the Heliting Financial Group, based in Agno (Switzerland), subject to the issuing of the authorisations of the competent Swiss supervisory authorities.
The transfer will give rise to a revenue that mainly corresponds to the value of the equityof the subsidiary and will not determine significant economic impacts at the consolidated level.
